The instant audit is free — there is nothing to refund.
If you have not yet received your roadmap, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Because the roadmap is a custom digital deliverable, it is non-refundable once delivered. If it falls short of what was promised, tell us — we will make it right.
Care plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and you won’t be billed again. The current month is non-refundable, but you keep service through the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Email jason@jbe.works with your purchase details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you’re considering a chargeback, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
